Bass Pro Shops in Foxborough, MA is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome every guest and deliver outstanding service at the front of the store. You will greet customers, answer questions, and guide them to products and services.

The role emphasizes promoting CLUB Membership, in-store pickup, and maintaining a neat, safe entry area. Part-time schedule with benefits includes discounts, health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Actively promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Maintain professional image by following dress code and presenting a welcoming demeanor.
• Checks in all customers' merchandise for return.
• Checks in all Vendor representatives and manages visitor logs.
• Inform customers about events, sales, or promotions and provide promotional materials.
• Keep entryway and surrounding area clean, tidy and safe for customers and Outfitters.
• Assist firearm check-in with Outfitter as needed and follow SOP.
• All other duties as assigned.
