Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our stores. You will engage guests, provide top-quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

You’ll collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, support omnichannel programs, and contribute to a luxurious shopping environment through active engagement and timely responses to guest needs.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action.
