Double Tree By Hilton Charlotte Tyvalo is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, listen to their needs, and help create a memorable stay.

You’ll staff the front desk, handle check-ins/outs, provide information on local attractions, and work with teammates to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll engage with guests, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive, welcoming hotel atmosphere throughout shifts.

Formación

• Must be friendly, confident, organized and enjoy helping guests.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm, and handle busy periods with professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional greeting.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out, room details, and local information.
• Provide accurate information about hotel outlets and nearby attractions.
• Process payments, verify details, and maintain accurate guest records.
• Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to ensure a seamless experience.
