Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education required.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive; focus on personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily; assists in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and transfer as needed.
• Maintain cash handling: count bank at start/end of shift; report cash over/shorts to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PPI data per proper procedures.
• Follow checklist during check-in/out and collect IDs and payment.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
