Fairfield Inn Springfield, Springfield, MO is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests and assist with registration, room assignments, and guest inquiries.

The role also involves managing room availability, guest accounts, and billing, posting charges, processing payments, and making reservations. Strong hospitality service experience and proficiency with PMS/MMS Office are preferred.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Hospitality customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with PMS and Microsoft Office.

• Follow hotel credit policies and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Support team members and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Hours:

• 7am-3pm.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for long periods, light lifting up to 40 pounds.

Work Conditions:

• Indoor environment with minimal exposure to adverse conditions.
