Qualifications

• Experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel or high-volume service.
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent computer skills and a team spirit.
• Passionate about delivering guest service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them, including room rate confirmation and key coding.
• Assist guests with check-out, ensure accurate charges and payments.
• Promote hotel services and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Address guest concerns, research issues, and negotiate solutions.
