The Hampton Inn Santa Monica is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team, ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and comfortable stay at our hotel. Qualifications

• Team player willing to help co-workers.
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and safety.
• Experience operating cleaning equipment.
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to scrub, reach overhead, and work in tight spaces.
• Self-starting with a positive attitude.
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Good communication with guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bathroom, bedroom surfaces and floors.
• Follow cleaning procedures and use cleaning agents properly.
• Make beds and change linens, handling heavier items up to 50 lbs.
• Dust furniture, pictures, windowsills and shelves.
• Vacuum room and empty trash.
• Restock amenities, linens and supplies.
• Handle keys, assign rooms, and inspect for cleanliness.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
