Job summary

The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Part-Time Front Desk Agent in Santa Monica to warmly greet guests, register and check them out, and provide exceptional service at the Hampton Inn Santa Monica. You will contribute to guest satisfaction and hotel profitability while working a part-time schedule in a dynamic hospitality team.

Candidates should be comfortable with computer systems, able to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays, and motivated to deliver memorable guest

Qualifications

• Experience greeting guests and processing registrations.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong computer skills and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete the registration and check-in/check-out processes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel information and local area to assist guests.
• Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
