The Kingston Resorts, owner/operator within Myrtle Beach, is seeking an On/Call Front Desk professional for the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort. You will assist guests, manage check-ins and inquiries, and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Flexibility is required to cover weekends and holidays, with a friendly, professional demeanor and attention to detail in all guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of hotel operations, scheduled daily activities, and room products.
• Answer telephone calls within 3 rings, using correct salutations and telephone etiquette.
• Ascertain callers' needs through open-ended questions.
• Describe room accommodations and all amenities.
• Accommodate special requests and designate such in the system following the hotel's standard operating procedures.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
