Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hotel operations, daily activities, and room products.
• Answer telephone calls within 3 rings with correct salutations and etiquette.
• Ascertain callers’ needs through open-ended questions.
• Describe room accommodations and all amenities.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Present folio to guest and resolve disputed charges.
• Assist departments with groups, inventory, and guest information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
