Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hotel operations, activities, and room products
• Answer telephone calls within 3 rings with correct salutations
• Describe room accommodations and amenities, take and fulfill special requests
• Access guest history records and ensure accuracy of guest information
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction
• Present folio and resolve disputes; assist departments with information
• Perform additional duties as assigned
