HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks a courteous Guest Service Agent for Embassy Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort. You will greet guests, assist with arrival and departure, and provide information on outlets and local attractions.

You will manage registrations, input data, verify cards, handle payments, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism. Hotel experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to input information accurately into a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a sincere welcome.
• Complete registrations by inputting and retrieving guest data; confirm guest count and room rate.
• Verify and imprint credit cards; process payments and manage a house bank; post charges as needed.
• Answer the telephone promptly and relay messages; retrieve mail and packages as requested.
• Resolve guest issues and complaints through effective research and negotiation; close accounts at checkout.
