Qualifications

Hotel/front desk experience preferred.
Strong calculator skills for accurate math.
Excellent communication with guests and colleagues.
Ability to resolve conflicts calmly and professionally.
Proficiency with standard computer systems and POS.
Adequate attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly with a friendly welcome and provide information on hours and local attractions.
Complete registration and process payments using the hotel computer system.
Verify cards, handle cash, and balance the house bank.
Answer phones clearly and relay messages to guests.
Close guest accounts at checkout and address any concerns.
Manage guest complaints and negotiate effective resolutions.
Remain calm during emergencies and busy periods.
Attend shifts as required and perform other duties.
