Live! Casino & Hotel Brand is seeking a Front Office Assistant Manager for the Bossier City location.

This role supervises front office operations, guest service agents, night auditors, and other front desk staff to ensure smooth hotel operations and high guest satisfaction. The position requires 3–5 years in a high-volume hotel/front office leadership role, with a relevant four-year degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to work in environments with alcohol and smoking.

Qualifications

• Must have High School education or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in a high-volume hotel/front office/room division management with a 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to work in an environment with alcohol and smoking.
• Must be able to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or Live’s operating standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Front Desk Office Manager's assigned duties.
• Oversee Guest Service Agents, Rooms Control Agents, Night Auditors, and Bell Persons.
• Oversee daily hotel room operations and deposits & billing execution.
• Address guest service needs and resolve service-related issues.
• Assist front office staff in understanding guests' needs and expectations.
• Monitor team performance and maintain communication across the team.
• Perform attendance records, coaching, and counseling as needed.
• Address maintenance and equipment needs for the department.
• Assist in managing the Front Office budget and ensure safety of employees and customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Management on occupancy and group bookings.
• Aim for highest guest service and satisfaction levels.
• Review staffing to meet budgeted levels of employment.
• Participate in hiring Front Office staff and ensure best selection.
• Review rooms activities and property promotions with Hotel leadership.
