Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel in Bossier City is seeking a Hotel Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional service at the front desk and during guest arrivals. You will manage check-ins/check-outs, handle reservations, and assist guests with packages and amenities while maintaining a safe and friendly environment.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work in a busy, casino-adjacent hotel setting, and compliance with hotel policies. Prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Previous hotel or high-end retail experience desired.
• Exposure to alcohol and smoking environment; able to work in such environment.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain licensure as required by regulatory entities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, services, room types, rates and promotions.
• Assist with check-ins/check-outs and room assignments per hotel procedures.
• Process payments, verify guest details and input data accurately.
• Provide concierge style service and relay information about packages and amenities.
• Communicate VIP arrivals to staff and coordinate escorts or deliveries as needed.
• Document guest requests, issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction within 30 minutes.
• Maintain neat, organized log books and balance cash transactions at shift end.
