Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of customer or guest experience preferred.
• Previous front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and assign rooms.
• Provide hotel information and explain amenities to guests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.
• Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Manage the cash bank and daily settlements.
• Support safety procedures and follow hotel policies.
