Job summary

Temecula Creek Inn is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, issue room keys, and process payments for services. You will answer inquiries, assist with local information, and promote hotel amenities while collaborating with housekeeping and sales teams.

We value attentiveness, a courteous manner, and teamwork. The role requires English fluency, basic math, and familiarity with hotel systems; physical ability to stand and assist guests is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• English fluency required.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Some computer experience.
• Good telephone etiquette and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond and follow-through with all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Register guests and assign rooms; handle check-outs and payments.
• Answer telephones and transfer information to the next shift.
• Promote guest use of hotel services and facilities.
• Maintain familiarity with hotel information and local area for guest inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff through hotel systems.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and report deficiencies to management.
• Handle PBX duties as assigned and assist Reservations team as needed.
• Follow safety rules and participate in mandatory meetings.
