Job summary

Hilton Miami Blue Lagoon is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee room attendants and ensure guest rooms meet our cleanliness standards. The role includes coordinating shifts, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is a plus.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to move, bend, lift, push, and carry up to 25-30 pounds; up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum to meet hotel standards
• Change linens, make beds, and leave the bathroom sparkling
• Restock all guest room supplies and amenities; inspect and clean appliances, including coffee maker
• Organize linen closet, restock cart, and prepare for the shift
• Greet guests during your shift with a friendly smile
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
