Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the Hotel Indigo Austin Downtown and Holiday Inn Express Downtown Austin. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins/outs, reservations, and inquiries with a warm, professional approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation or property management systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors professionally.
• Check guests in and out following procedures.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Answer calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
• Process payments and maintain billing records.
• Provide information on services and local attractions.
• Resolve concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Maintain guest records and reservation systems.
• Follow security and confidentiality procedures.
• Assist with administrative tasks.
