You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle reservations, and respond to inquiries to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check guests in and out efficiently following procedures.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Answer calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
• Process payments and keep accurate billing records.
• Provide information about services and local attractions.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain guest records and update reservation systems.
• Follow security and confidentiality procedures.
