Job summary

Stagecoach Inn & Restaurant in Salado, TX is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to be the initial touchpoint for our guests and oversee every aspect of their stay, including guest registration, reservation management, and informing guests about rooms, rates, and amenities.

You will welcome guests on arrival, assign rooms, handle check-in/out, process payments, and respond promptly to concerns. Collaboration with housekeeping and upselling of facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly in writing and speaking.
• Able to work during peak hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out procedures.
• Oversee all reservations via online and phone channels.
• Handle payments and verify identification.
• Inform guests about rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Provide information and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with housekeeping as needed.

• Maintain records of bookings and payments.
• Perform other duties as directed.
