Job summary

Palette Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and support an exceptional experience from arrival to departure. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, smooth operations, and teamwork in a hotel environment.

You will handle guest requests, assist with night-audit tasks, and ensure reports are completed accurately while maintaining professional grooming and a flexible schedule to cover day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Front Desk role requires guest service focus and professional demeanor.
• Two years Front Desk experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry and IT systems is beneficial.
• Spanish language ability is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act in accordance with security and emergency procedures and assist as needed.
• Ensure guest complaints are recorded, managed and resolved promptly.
• Support the Night Auditor with Front Desk and accounting duties.
• Produce nightly reports as required.
• Inform departments of special requests, early/late departures and room changes.
• Maintain communication and good relations across hotel areas.
• Follow fire, health and safety regulations and procedures.
