Palette Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Agent to support guests from check-in to check-out, delivering an exceptional welcome and seamless service. The role emphasizes strong communication, professional grooming, and a flexible attitude to respond to varied guest needs.
As the first point of contact, you will assist with guest requests, coordinate with other departments, and help generate nightly reports while adhering to safety and security protocols.
As a Front Desk Agent, hours of operation mid-shift and evening-shift. Assistance of Guests and Guest services to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. A Front Desk Agent contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
