Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a friendly Guest Service Agent in San Francisco, CA. You will be the face of Hyatt, serving as a lobby liaison between the Front Desk and Bell Stand to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role requires excellent communication, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle guest inquiries, special requests, and local transportation arrangements while maintaining professional appearance and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight and stand for long periods.
• Afternoon/evening availability including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficient use of computers.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phones in a professional and timely manner.
• Know the Front Desk and Bell Stand software used on-site.
• Issue and activate room keys and assist with late checkouts.
• Assist guests with requests and arrange local transportation.
• Support the Business Center/Lobby operations as needed.
• Greet guests in lobby and assist with luggage.
