Job summary

The Lytle Park Hotel, Autograph Collection, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks an At Your Service Agent in Cincinnati to provide first‑line guest communications, manage calls, and support front desk operations.

You will use the PBX system, answer and route calls, relay messages, coordinate guest requests, and assist with wake‑up calls and emergencies, contributing to a smooth, welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Uses PBX switchboard to connect interoffice and house calls.
• Answers, screens, and routes outside and in‑house calls, efficiently.
• Keeps record of requests placed by guests and ensures requests are completed.
• Operates radio system to relay in‑house messages and information.
• Initiates the positive guest experience with the hotel.
• Coordinates emergency communications during fire, health and elevator emergencies.
• Accepts all messages for in‑house, arrival and function guests and ensures timely distribution.
• Review daily listings of upcoming hotel events and assist with billing postings to guest accounts.
