Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, Texas, seeks a friendly Front Desk Agent to provide registration, guest settlement, and information to guests and colleagues. Qualifications

• Previous guest or customer service experience preferred.
• Good computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver's License with good driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check guest in, ensuring proper credit is received, with special requests noted and fulfilled.
• Check guest out ensuring satisfactory stay at the hotel.
• Be knowledgeable of all hotel services to answer guest questions.
• Assist with answering phones and distributing guest luggage.
