Job summary

Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee the Front Desk, Front Services, Group Reservations and Communications Center, ensuring flawless guest service.

Location is Westlake, Texas. The role is full-time, 1st & 2nd shifts, with pay at $21.00 per hour. Prior Front Office experience and supervision skills are required; MS Office proficiency is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality front office required.
• Supervisory or departmental trainer experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook; Teams/OneNote useful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Desk, Front Services, Group Reservations, and Communications Center operations.
• Direct and train Front Office staff, delegating tasks fairly.
• Monitor opening/closing Front Office tasks and guest interactions.
• Coordinate guest messages, packages, and badge processes.
• Provide coverage for call volume and Front Office operations as needed.
