Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year front desk hotel experience or 2 years of customer service preferred.
• Clear verbal communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for transactions and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and complete check-in procedures for arriving guests.
• Answer all incoming phone calls for the hotel property.
• Take room service orders for in-house guests.
• Handle incoming chats for in-house and upcoming guests.
• Provide reservations and rate information, using upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Operate the internal radio system for communication with staff.
• Understand hotel operations, hours, pricing, and loyalty programs.
