Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a Front Desk Clerk for the Courtyard by Marriott in Jonesboro, AR. The pay range is $13.00–$14.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, registering arrivals, processing payments, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and register them into the computer, verifying reservation details and payment information.
• Process guest payments at check-in and checkout, maintain a house bank, and report receipts accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, courtesy, and timely information.
• Upsell rooms and hotel amenities while ensuring safety and adherence to policies.
