Job summary

Phoenix American Hospitality LLC is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests at our Jonesboro property and handle check-ins/outs and inquiries. You will process payments and uphold hotel standards to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Based at our Jonesboro location, you’ll work with the front desk team to resolve issues, relay information to guests, and support reservations while maintaining a hospitable, service-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred, ideally in hotel or related field.
• Able to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced front desk role.
• Able to handle stress and communicate clearly with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, make reservations and confirmations.
• Process payments according to hotel requirements (cash, card).
• Provide information and assist guests with inquiries and requests for services.
• Maintain front desk organization and relay information via logbooks.
