Job summary

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Dayton, OH is seeking a Front Desk Agent (full-time or part-time) with a focus on delivering excellent guest service. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle reservations, and support the front desk operations while maintaining a welcoming lobby.

Applicants should have high school education, strong communication skills, and comfort with computers. Weekend availability is preferred, and prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills expected.
• Computer literacy required for front desk tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Preferred customer service experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly manner.
• Maintain front desk presence and manage check-ins/outs.
• Process payments and post charges accurately.
• Answer phones and handle reservations and room availability.
• Coordinate with housekeeping on room status and requests.
• Ensure security of guest information and cash drawer.
• Comply with brand standards and maintain lobby cleanliness.
