Hotel Equities is seeking a Guest Services Representative for the Holiday Inn Express Beavercreek, OH. You will greet guests, register them, handle payments, and coordinate with departments to ensure a seamless stay.

Responsibilities include assisting with reservations, check-ins/outs, answering phones, and delivering exceptional service. Front desk duties also involve maintaining security and accuracy in guest records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Must possess basic computational ability and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and register them into the computer.
• Accept payment for guests’ accounts and maintain a house bank.
• Issue keys and manage safety deposit boxes; post miscellaneous charges.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Answer telephone with courtesy and accuracy; assist with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide local area information.
