Job summary

The Hilton Dallas Park Cities is seeking an experienced Guest Services Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in, and ensure a seamless departure. You will use the hotel system to manage registrations, room assignments, and guest preferences while promoting hotel services.

Strong communication, patience, and a guest-first attitude are essential. This role offers a path for growth in a welcoming, hospitality-driven environment within Dallas’s Park Cities area.

Qualifications

• One year combined Front Desk experience in hospitality or related industry preferred.
• Excellent guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve guest inquiries calmly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out using the hotel system.
• Provide information about local area and hotel services.
• Upsell hotel services and packages to maximize occupancy.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution in a timely, friendly manner.
• Process payments, handle currency exchange, and assist with guest billing.
