Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently.
• Assist guests with questions and requests and provide local information.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
