Job summary

Homewood Suites Dallas/Allen Texas is seeking a Front Desk Agent dedicated to friendly arrival and departure experiences. You will address guest needs promptly, handle check-in/check-out, and stay informed about rates and promotions to ensure comfort and satisfaction throughout the stay.

Responsibilities include greeting guests by name, maintaining professional appearance, and collaborating with team to uphold cleanliness and hospitality standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred.
• Can-Do Attitude: Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to Follow Guidelines: Must understand and follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Handle Pace and Pressure: Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Listening, Conflict Resolution: Must resolve guest concerns effectively and calmly.
• Communication Skills: Must convey information clearly to guests and team.
• Hospitality and Guest Service: Must have a desire to serve all guests.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Schedule and Travel: Must be willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/Out Efficiency: Guests checked-in/out promptly; follow up after check-in to ensure satisfaction.
• Rate Schedule: Maintain up-to-date understanding of room rates and promotions.
• Incoming Mail: Receive and note all incoming mail per shift checklist.
