Homewood Suites Dallas/Allen is looking for a dedicated Houseperson to support housekeeping operations and guest comfort. You will keep hallways and public areas clean, assist with luggage, and restock guestrooms as needed.

The role requires a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to follow guidelines. Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected. Hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-service preferred.
• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to handle pace and pressure in a hotel environment.
• Strong listening and conflict resolution skills.
• Effective communication and guest service mindset.
• Must be 18+ and able to work varied shifts.

Responsabilités

• Luggage handling: store and retrieve luggage for guests.
• Clean and maintain guest hallways, stairwells, service areas and public spaces.
• Restock guest rooms and housekeeping carts; replenish amenities.
• Monitor and report issues with public space furniture.
• Support guests and events to ensure a welcoming environment.
