Atrium Hospitality's Allen Courtyard in Allen, TX is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations, ensure smooth check-ins/outs, and coach a team of front desk associates. The role emphasizes guest service, brand standards, and timely responses to guest needs in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will monitor cash handling, shift reports, and compliance, while supporting VIP arrivals and cross-department coordination to maintain an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service and leadership experience — you've led teams, kept things calm under pressure, and know how to create a welcoming vibe.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with guests, staff, and other departments.
• Detail-oriented and organized, handling shift reports and guest requests precisely.
• Tech confident with hotel systems, emails, and reports.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet when leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between.
• Coach, train, and motivate front desk associates — you're the team's go-to guru.
• Handle guest concerns with grace, urgency, and a can-do attitude.
• Monitor cash handling, shift reports, and compliance with brand and safety standards.
• Jump in wherever needed — answering phones, updating the reader board, or assisting VIP arrivals.
