Atrium Hospitality is seeking a proactive Front Desk professional to oversee daily front desk operations in our Allen, TX property. You will manage guest check-ins/check-outs with warmth, resolve issues efficiently, and coach newer team members to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience in hospitality or leadership is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Tech-savvy enough to use hotel systems with confidence.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and act as the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and accuracy.
• Support and train new front desk team members.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
• Assist with event sheet distribution, business center support, and keeping the lobby guest-ready.
