Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to guests and anticipate their needs.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and warmly.
• Follow cash handling and accounting procedures.
• Develop knowledge of hotel services, hours, locations, rates and amenities.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and assist with entrance area.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
