Job summary

Havana Cabana At Key West is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in and out, post charges, and address guest needs with care. This waterfront, Cuban-inspired resort offers a vibrant work environment and opportunities to collaborate across departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1+ year Front Desk experience; flexible scheduling and tips are part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
• 1+ years Front Desk Agent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank guests in a sincere, friendly manner.
• Check guests in on arrival and out on departure.
• Post charges to appropriate guest accounts.
• Anticipate and address guests' needs, and resolve their problems and complaints.
• Assist guests with disabilities.
• Operate switchboard and assist inquiries.
• Assist the reservations manager with taking reservations.
• Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Comply with company procedures and safety policies.
• Perform duties on a daily checklist.
