Havana Cabana in Key West is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in on arrival and out on departure, and post charges to guest accounts. You will anticipate needs, handle inquiries, assist guests with disabilities, and ensure smooth switchboard operations.

Collaborating with reservations, coordinating with other departments, and upholding safety policies are essential parts of daily duties and the hotel’s commitment to outstanding guest service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
• 1+ years Front Desk Agent experience preferred.
