You will provide outstanding guest service across two environments, with a brand-new property featuring a Rooftop Bar, restaurant, and 10,000+ sq ft of meeting space. Role includes reservations, guest information, and payment processing.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience or hospitality background.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible shift schedule.
• Comfort handling calls, guest requests, and transactional tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out per brand standards.
• Inform guests about facilities, policies, and local information.
• Handle hotel phone system and transfer calls as needed.
• Take, modify, and cancel guest reservations.
• Address inquiries, requests, and complaints; coordinate with departments.
• Process cashier duties and post charges to guest accounts.
• Notify housekeeping/maintenance of issues with guestrooms/grounds.
• Follow security procedures and know emergency protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Front Office area.
