Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or FBO experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in English with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with service requests and questions in a warm, professional manner.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently and de-escalate tense situations.
• Provide information about Jet Aviation’s services and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with crews for hotels, ground transportation, catering, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with airport and Jet Aviation policies.
