Job summary

Jet Aviation Inc. in Teterboro, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Agent to be the friendly face for passengers and crews at our FBO.

You will handle service requests, questions, feedback, and ensure a seamless, engaging and professional experience from arrival to departure. The role requires flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, with an afternoon shift 2 pm–10 pm, Wednesday through Sunday, November through February.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in an FBO or customer service field
• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Proficient English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers, addressing billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints warmly
• Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently while de-escalating tense situations
• Perform generalist duties within Customer Support/Operations
• Provide information about Jet Aviation’s services and opportunities to enhance relationships
• Recommend and implement programs to support customer needs
• Assist crew with hotel, ground transport, catering, linens, and other vendor services
• Ensure compliance with airport and Jet Aviation policies and laws
• Represent Jet Aviation professionally with industry groups and regulators
