Guru Hospitality is seeking a friendly guest services associate to welcome visitors and ensure a seamless stay at our Evansville property. You will deliver efficient, professional service and coordinate with team members to anticipate guest needs.

The role requires multitasking, strong communication, and a flexible approach to a 24/7 operation, with a focus on memorable hospitality experiences and smooth arrivals and departures.

Formación

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in guest or customer service, with a team-player mindset and the ability to multitask.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of a 24-hour operation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer quick, effective solutions.
• Assist with guest arrivals and departures, including airport transfers and luggage storage.
• Answer and manage all incoming hotel calls, directing them appropriately.
• Communicate essential information to both guests and staff as needed.
