Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience with hotel property management systems (e.g., FSPMS).
• Marriott experience and knowledge of Marriott systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with a warm, professional, and sincere attitude.
• Provide personalized service throughout the guest’s stay and communicate hotel offerings accurately.
• Handle guest payments and account transactions following hotel procedures.
• Input guest information into hotel systems and update profiles as needed.
• Assist guests with special requests, reservations, and transportation; resolve concerns or escalate as needed.
