Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Public Space Attendant / Guest Runner for the Marriott Phoenix Chandler Hotel. This evening shift role focuses on keeping public areas clean and welcoming, while promptly delivering items to guest rooms and assisting guests with requests.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to balance cleaning tasks with guest interactions in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping or guest services preferred
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas, guest corridors, elevators, and employee spaces.
• Clean public and employee restrooms and restock supplies.
• Clean interior and exterior windows in public and employee areas as assigned.
• Clean and maintain floor surfaces with designated cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Dust and clean surfaces in assigned areas and maintain order.
• Handle and dispose of waste in appropriate containers and report issues promptly.
• Identify and report maintenance needs and safety hazards to the Manager or MOD.
• Maintain a clean and organized Guest Runner cart or equipment.
