Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Public Space Attendant / Guest Runner for the Marriott Phoenix Chandler in Chandler, AZ. This evening shift position (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) focuses on keeping public areas pristine and delivering guest items promptly to rooms.

Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused, able to balance cleaning duties with guest requests in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, housekeeping, public area, guest services, bell, runner, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all guest corridors, elevators, landings, stairwells, and service areas are clean and presentable.
• Clean and maintain public areas, employee areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Clean public and employee restrooms several times during the shift.
• Inspect and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Greet guests, respond to requests, and deliver items to guest rooms in a courteous manner.
