Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member to support guest experiences and store operations. The role offers flexible scheduling and shift pickup via the myTime scheduling app. New hires attend a Welcome orientation and undergo short-term training to prepare for their duties.

As an On-Demand TM, you choose shifts that fit your schedule, with attendance and reliability critical to job security, and you may be terminated for not working or responding to contact.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by greeting and helping guests.
• Assist guests in finding items and resolving issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you and friendly service.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Explain benefits and services, including loyalty programs and wallet features.
• Handle returns and assist with register prompts, following policies.
