The role emphasizes friendly guest interactions, problem solving, and efficient service at checkout and pick-up areas. As an On‑Demand TM, you will attend a Welcome orientation and complete a short training plan before using the app to select shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately while following safety and policy guidelines.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up and enrollment as needed.
